Arnold Roth puzzles celebrate the wit, charm, and inventive spirit of one of America’s most celebrated cartoonists. A Philadelphia native, Roth graduated from the Philadelphia Museum School of Industrial Art in 1950 before moving to New York City to build both a career and a family. Over the decades, his cartoons have graced the pages of The New Yorker, TIME, Sports Illustrated, Playboy, Punch, The New York Times, and countless other publications. His work is represented in the collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum of Cartoon Art in San Francisco, Philadelphia’s Rosenbach Museum and Library, and the Karikaturmuseum.
