Ann Oram puzzles showcase the bold color and expressive brushwork of an artist whose career spans decades of teaching, exhibiting, and traveling. Born in London in 1956, Oram studied at Edinburgh College of Art before joining its faculty as a part-time lecturer in the 1980s and early 1990s. Elected to the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour (RSW) in 1986, she has also taught at the University of Northumbria. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group shows across London, Scotland, and Italy, and is held in private collections in Britain, Ireland, the United States, Singapore, New Zealand, Spain, Austria, and Holland.
