Enjoy the pour from this petite stoneware pitcher holding 3 to 4 oz. of maple syrup (liquid gold as we Vermonters call it), your favorite dressing, or cream for your tea or coffee. You can safely warm its contents in the microwave. Included with your handmade pitcher is a 40mL nip of the sweet stuff harvested from Bunker Farm in Dummerston, Vermont.

Simple Maple Dressing

1/2 c. Olive Oil

2 t. Dijon mustard

1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 t. Salt

1/4 t. Pepper

3 T. Maple Syrup

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Mix and serve chilled.
