We have lots of quality checkpoints for our puzzles during the crafting process. I won’t bore you with the details of every step, but to give you an idea of the care we take, here’s a quick synopsis of the process.

Next, we inspect the image after it gets printed and again after it has been dry mounted to the wood. It’s looked over before we begin cutting to make sure we know where we’re going to cut your special requests and if we have a place for them all.
The next check comes after cutting, when the backside of the puzzle has been sanded and finished. We check the front to make sure it looks beautiful before we take it apart and carefully place all the pieces into Stave’s signature blue box.

After the puzzle is taken apart and boxed, we check the box label, Prize Point cards, and other paperwork against the Pink Sheet to make sure we’ve got the puzzle going to the right person, at the right place, at the right time. Whew, that’s a lot of checking! Now your puzzle is finally ready for UPS to pick it up.
